We want you to love every gift. Because many of our products — such as fresh flowers, food, and personalized items — are perishable or made to order, some items can’t be returned once dispatched. The policy below explains your options.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no cost any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@fakheem.com with your order number.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your gift arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

- Food, chocolate, and other perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made gifts
- Gift cards
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. For cash-on-delivery orders, we’ll arrange the refund method with you directly.
